What do you think of my business idea? - spanking station

I want to open the first dog in the world, spanking works. It would be a great building, with almost 1,500 dogs in all insured their own radio stations soon. Then again lost to machines. I biggest problem I made a profit with it. I think we should try to receive state subsidies. Also, I'm pretty sure I can sell CD's howling dogs to get a spanking too.
