Authentic Olive Oil How To Make Garlic Bread? And The Rest Of An Italian Meal?

How to make garlic bread? and the rest of an italian meal? - authentic olive oil

I have French bread with garlic. What should I do to bake bread, garlic? Which herbs to use (if such a use in recipes or other times)? What is with the head of garlic paste to do? I can not eat butter (substitute margarine, hopefully), so that now? Olive oil, maybe, but what would be the outcome?
In addition, for the rest of the meal, I
Lettuce, mushrooms, peppers, onions, olives, radishes, tomatoes, vinegar and oil
